Mount Ellinor Trail in the Olympic National Forest/Mount Skokomish Wilderness, near Lake Cushman, Washington. I tried to capture the beauty and magic of climbing up this trail which had roots of the trees resembling staircases going up the trail. The light playfully peeking through the trees in the distance invited me up the mountain. I wanted to capture that feeling in this piece.
